I'm proud of you. Don't stop. Even if you walk them, get them knocked out. By the way, I had my first workout post baby and got my ass literally kicked by Shannon. My arm hairs even hurt! =) Can't wait to see you. Mtf.

did you end up going to Stitches West?? I did - Fri/Sat and then Sunday was a get up and drive home day. I came home with some cool stuff too.
